Welcome to Aphrós. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products through Aphrós.

Throughout these Terms, “Aphrós,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Aphrós. “You” refers to any person who visits our website or purchases products through it.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. About Aphrós

Aphrós is a skincare discovery and curation store. We help customers explore skincare products and provide personalized product suggestions through tools such as our Skin Quiz.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Aphrós does not manufacture the third-party products offered through the store. Manufacturer branding, packaging, labels, instructions, and warnings may therefore appear on the products you receive.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Store

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where we suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing or inventory errors, or misuse of the store.

Because products are supplied by third-party manufacturers, packaging, labeling, or other non-material details may change from time to time.

Product images are provided for reference. We do not intentionally alter legitimate manufacturer branding to misrepresent who manufactured a product.

If information on the physical product packaging differs from general information presented on our website, customers should follow applicable instructions and warnings provided with the product and contact us if clarification is needed.

4. Skincare Information and Skin Quiz

Information provided through Aphrós, including our Skin Quiz, product descriptions, and educational content, is intended to assist with skincare discovery and for general informational purposes.

Skin Quiz results are based on the information you provide and are intended as product suggestions or possible starting points. They are not a diagnosis, medical assessment, or guarantee that a product will be suitable for every individual.

Skin can react differently from person to person. Where appropriate, follow product instructions, warnings, and patch-testing guidance.

If you experience significant or unexpected irritation or another concerning reaction, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice.

Nothing on the Aphrós website is intended to replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

After an order is placed, we may review the transaction before fulfillment. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory problems, incorrect pricing, or other legitimate operational reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or during checkout.

Applicable shipping costs, taxes, and other charges will be displayed or communicated where required and where they can reasonably be determined.

We may change product prices at any time, but a price change will not retroactively alter an order that has already been accepted.

Aphrós currently serves eligible destinations in Canada and the United States.

Processing times, available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, tracking, and other shipping matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled or delivered in separate shipments.

8. Third-Party Fulfillment

Some Aphrós orders may be stored, processed, shipped, or otherwise fulfilled with the assistance of third-party suppliers, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers.

This means products in the same order may originate from different fulfillment locations or arrive separately.

We remain responsible for handling customer service relating to orders placed through the Aphrós store, subject to these Terms and our other applicable policies.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, missing items, and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Because skincare and personal-use products can present hygiene and safety concerns once opened or used, eligibility for returns may depend on the condition of the product.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Individual experiences with skincare products vary.

The availability of a product through Aphrós, or its appearance in a Skin Quiz result, does not guarantee a particular cosmetic result or that every person will tolerate the product in the same way.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients, labels, directions, and warnings relevant to their individual circumstances.

If you know that you are sensitive or allergic to an ingredient, do not use a product containing that ingredient.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Aphrós may offer discounts, promotional codes, or other offers.

Promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, dates, exclusions, or other conditions disclosed with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers.

We may refuse fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use of a promotion.

The Aphrós name, branding, website design, original written content, graphics, and other original materials created for Aphrós are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We will not falsely create or present customer testimonials or reviews as genuine customer experiences.
